Sources and methodology
PaperworkOS separates organizational guidance from the official rules that determine what a user must actually do.
Primary-source first
When a page needs to point to a form, portal or process, we prefer the organization responsible for that process: government departments, regulators, courts, official dispute bodies or the organization issuing the decision. We avoid hosting copies of official forms because copies can become outdated.
What a source link means
A link means “check this official source”; it does not mean PaperworkOS endorses every page on that external domain or guarantees the link will remain unchanged. Users should confirm the page title, issuing organization and current instructions before filing.
Tool methodology
The denial decoder uses simple keyword pattern matching to create organizational prompts. The deadline tool performs date arithmetic only. The complaint builder formats user-entered facts into a draft. The evidence and PDF tools create local indexes or naming suggestions. None of these tools access a government database or determine legal rights.
Browser-local processing
In this build, interactive tool inputs are processed by JavaScript in the browser. There is no PaperworkOS account system and the tools do not require document uploads to a PaperworkOS server. This design reduces the amount of personal data needed for the task.
